In this role, Mr. Mantle will provide business, management and technical advice to the company, sharing his experience and lessons gained helping multiple startups grow into large public companies.

For over forty years, Mr. Mantle has held these high-profile roles, along with service on ANSI Computer Graphics Standards Committees and numerous National Science Foundation SBIR/STTR Review Committees.
Mr. Mantle’s experience in software development includes managing large multidisciplinary teams across the US and many countries throughout the world, including Canada, India, Russia, Japan, Korea, China and Europe. Along with his co-author Ron Lichty, he collected and published many of these insights in their best-selling book Managing the Unmanageable: Rules, Tools, and Insights for Managing Software People and Teams, which has become a software development “bible” for software managers.
