The Team Insights Report provides a comprehensive summary of your teams’ recent activities, enabling you to better understand their performance and progress.
Performance
The Performance tab provides an overview of a selected team’s performance over a chosen time frame, compared to the average of all teams in your Waydev account. It covers four metric categories—Coding, Submitter, Reviewer, and Delivery. For each metric, you can view the current value, percentage change from the previous period, a percentile bar, and an evolution graph.
Snapshot
The snapshot provides a quick summary of your team’s recent activities, including cycle time, a work heatmap, and recent activities. Easily track team performance and activity trends to ensure efficiency and health.
Workload
The Workload displays all issues from the past two weeks, providing a clear view of how work is distributed across your team and helping you identify workload balance and potential bottlenecks.
