Agent Registry

Every agent in your codebase, with an owner.

A single catalog of the agents that write code, open PRs and review changes: who owns each one, which model it runs, what it can touch and what it costs.

The Problem

Agents ship code. Most orgs cannot list them.

Unknown inventory

Agents are spun up in CI, IDEs and bots. There is no single list of what exists.

No accountability

When an agent breaks something, nobody is sure who owns it or approved it.

Permissions drift

Agents gain repo access over time and nobody reviews it.

What You Get

An inventory you can govern.

01

Automatic discovery

Waydev detects agent identities from Git, CI and AI tool activity as they touch your code.

02

Ownership

Assign every agent to a team and an accountable owner.

03

Model and tool map

See which model and tooling each agent runs on, including Waydev Agent.

04

Access overview

Which repos and environments each agent can reach.

05

Cost and output

Spend, PRs and review outcomes per agent at a glance.

06

Unowned alerts

A Signal when an unregistered or unowned agent touches code.

How It Works

Live in your stack, not another spreadsheet.

1

Connect your stack

Link Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps), Jira, CI/CD and your AI coding tools with read-only access.

2

Waydev maps the work

Every PR, review, ticket and AI session is tied to a team, an initiative and the tool or agent that produced it.

3

Act on Signals

Waydev Agent flags what changed, suggests Goals, and answers follow up questions in plain language.

Waydev reads engineering metadata through read-only APIs. Source code content is never ingested. Visit the Trust Center

FAQ

Questions engineering leaders ask

How are agents discovered?
From three sources: bot and service accounts reported by GitHub, GitLab and Azure DevOps, AI agent details recorded in commits through Entire, and usage data from connected AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot and Devin.
Does this include Waydev’s own agent?
Yes. Waydev Agent, running on the Waydev Model, appears in the registry like any other agent.
Can we register agents manually?
Yes, and through the Waydev API for internal agents.
